Funding for the WATCHMAN (Workload-reduction mAchine vision-based TeChnology Hub for MANufacturing) project has been approved. VISION is involved as part of a partnership together with other Lombardy companies, including Intellimech, Unibg, Brembo, Salf and Sorint.
WATCHMAN is a R&S project, presented as part of the call for tenders in the Advanced Manufacturing sector, and in particular in the “Call to tender for Strategic Research, Development and Innovation Projects aimed at strengthening Lombardy’s research and innovation ecosystems, such as hubs with international value”.
The call for tenders, published early in 2019, is part of Lombardy’s regional operations programme that aims to strengthen research development and innovation through funding.
Funding for the project has been approved and is another step along VISION’s path of growth. The company is proud to be part of the project and be able to contribute with its thirty-year experience and passion for research and innovation, made of visibility, commitment in R&S and, therefore, greater experience.
